1. General
This policy applies to the return of unused testing kits purchased directly from the YourGenes online store.

2. Your Right to Return
You have the right to return your kit within 5 (five) business days of the date of delivery for a refund, in accordance with Section 16 of the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). To initiate a return, you must notify us via email at info@yourgenes.co.za within this period.

3. Return Process
Once notified, you must return the kit to us within 10 (ten) business days and in accordance with the instructions provided by our team. You are responsible for all costs associated with shipping the kit back to us.

4. Refunds

• A full refund will be issued if the kit is returned undamaged, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

• If the kit has been opened but not used or processed, you will receive a refund of 75% of the purchase price.

• No returns or refunds will be issued for kits that have been used or processed.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
